EnerLens and V4MMS are built and run in-house — no outsourced dev shop, no black box. As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll work on both products end to end: data pipelines, backend logic, and the dashboards the people using this software look at every single day.
- Develop and maintain features across the EnerLens and V4MMS web platforms
- Build and improve data pipelines for ingesting and processing utility and maintenance data
- Design clean, usable dashboards and reporting interfaces for non-technical users
- Collaborate directly with the engineers and analysts who use what you build daily
- Participate in code review, testing, and deployment
- Help shape technical decisions as the products grow
- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Comfortable across a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack (React or similar) plus a backend language (Node, Python, or similar)
- Experience with relational databases and API design
- Product sense — you care whether a feature is genuinely useful, not just whether it shipped
- Comfortable working in a small team where you own things end to end
- Experience building data-heavy or dashboard-style products
- Exposure to energy, facilities, or industrial software
- Interest in the problem space — buildings, maintenance, energy — not just the code
