This is hands-on work — maintaining and inspecting building systems across client sites, with every job logged and tracked through V4MMS. You'll be the person actually turning a wrench, and the one whose fieldwork feeds directly into the maintenance records our clients depend on.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems across client sites
- Complete site inspections and log findings through V4MMS in real time, from the field
- Respond to and resolve work orders assigned through the platform
- Maintain accurate records of parts, labor, and time spent on each job
- Flag issues that need engineering follow-up or further assessment
- Represent V4 professionally on client sites — this is often the only in-person contact a client has
- Trade certification or equivalent hands-on experience (mechanical, electrical, or HVAC)
- Valid driver's license and comfortable traveling between client sites
- Physically able to perform maintenance work, including ladder and rooftop access
- Comfortable using a mobile app to log work in the field, not just paper
- Reliable and detail-oriented — the records you create become the client's maintenance history
- Experience in commercial or industrial facilities
- Additional trade certifications (refrigeration, electrical, low-voltage, etc.)
- Prior experience with a CMMS or digital work order system
